There may be several requirements in order to correctly order &  install an SSL certificate on your web server.

In general the SSL requirements are:

• Dedicated IP address on your hosting account / server (for maximum compatibility)
• You will need an email address / forward active to approve the SSL (eg hostmaster@domain.com)
• You will need to generate & supply a CSR to complete the SSL ordering process
• * RapidSSL Wildcard is not supported natively with cpanel control panel
